City Offices
The City of Milaca is a statutory B city, which is a Council - Manager form of government. In this type of municipal government, the City Manager is appointed by the Council to oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the City. Legislative authority is the ultimate responsibility of the Council as a whole, but the city has established a planning commission, economic development commission, and a parks commission to advise the Council.
