Code Enforcement helps to protect the City of Milaca public’s well-being and enhance the quality of life by enforcing the health, safety, zoning and sanitation codes.

Winter Parking

Per ordinance, parking is prohibited on any street from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., November 1 through April 1. Please adhere to this rule to make sure our streets can be plowed thoroughly.

Snow, Ice, Dirt, or Rubbish

Per ordinance, all snow, ice, dirt, or rubbish must be removed from public sidewalks. The owner and/or occupant of any property adjacent to the walk has 24 hours to remove it.
