Line Check

The Federal EPA and the MN State Department of Health is requiring the City of Milaca to conduct an inventory of all the water services connected to its water system. The City of Milaca is asking residents to participate in a water service line material survey to help the city with the required inventory. The survey may be accessed by visiting https://arcg.is/01nqCS.
The survey is asking residents to enter their property address, water service date of installation (if known), the resident’s relationship to the property, water service material type (if known), and to upload a photo of the water service line where it enters the house (typically below the water meter).
We ask that the survey be completed before June 30, 2024.
This inventory is a requirement of the Revised Lead and Copper Rule to protect our drinking water. For more information about the rule, visit the EPA’s website for the Revised Lead and Copper Rule.
On behalf of the City of Milaca and Stantec, we thank you for your cooperation.
